Carbohydrate- Fibrous
Fibrous carbohydrates are complex carbohydrates that come mostly from green vegetables, such as cucumbers and broccoli. Fibrous carbohydrates are rich in fiber and are a good source of minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients. The first picture is a picture of broccoli. The second picture is a picture of cucumbers. Both pictures were taken at the Harris Teeter Grocery Store in Washington, D.C.
