Adaption of an Animal

The adaption of an animal can be described as the way in which animals live and survive in their environments. All animals live in habitats that provide necessities such as food and shelter. In addition, all animals adapt to their environments by relying on their physical features to keep them safe and attract mates. The first picture was taken on the campus of Spelman college in Atlanta, GA. (If you look directly in the center of the picture, and slightly to the left, you will notice a bird sitting on the tree branch; the bird blends in with its surroundings.) The second picture was taken at the Atlanta Zoo in Atlanta, GA. (The chipmunk's physical features and ability to find food shows its adaption to its environment.)
